I am a strong believer that if you are passionate about something and follow your heart, you will succeed. From young, the world fascinated me and after my first trip abroad, I was hooked. I knew I found my destiny – to facilitate travel for those who are equally captivated by the many splendours of the world.

Not only do I want to make travel easy, comfortable and worry-free for everyone, I need to make sure that each traveller’s experience is unique to his or her individual tastes and interests.

Keeping in mind that everyone’s needs are different, my Eurotours team is committed to staying true to our company’s guiding principles:

• Each client is unique. Understand his or her specific interests and needs first before designing programmes to meet those requirements.

• Always put ourselves in our client’s shoes. Plan each trip as if it were our own, and do not propose any programmes which we are not willing to go on ourselves or feel that they are not good value.

• Arrangements may not always go as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, but problems can be remedied by creative solutions. With positive thinking, there is always a happy resolution.
